This little piggie needs a home! I have syringe fed kittens before but never a pig, what a cutie!!

Perhaps I'll get one someday. 

 

 

Introducing... Chester

 

 

He was born last Sunday, making him 11 days old today. He is a

 micropig,  which is what the severely runted pigs are referred to as. Despite his

 small  size, the TLC he has gotten has brought his weight and energy up

 tremendously.  Though he is still developmentally behind where he should be at this age  (was  hoping to wean him onto drinking from a bowl today, but he still prefers

 the syringe...but that's okay, because sometimes weaning them off too early it can

 slow their social development..just like when puppies are weaned too early  and  suck blankets their whole lives).

The funniest memory I have of Odie is when he ate an sos pad when we were right in the middle of moving.

He grabbed it and I chased him and he ate and ran. I called the vet, he said give him milk to help counteract the poison and smooth things through. He was shittin little bits of green for a few days. Not the brightest but I loved him anyway.

Please have your pet spayed or neutered...

Animals like these are dying in shelters everyday.

UPDATE: I got them all! Everyone is safe & sound...
